Alberto De Rosa

Born in Loreto (AN) on 24th April 1985.

Secondary school: “Montani” Statal Technical Institute, diploma as Chief Technician Computer Programmer in July, 2004.

I’ve worked as worker in the electronic tools factory Elconcable in Recanati (MC) during Summer 2003 and sometimes I’ve assembled/repaired computer and/or developed software or web sites for friends.

I’ve attended to the BSc in Biological Sciences in the Bologna’s University, Ecosistemic (general) track since the 2004/2005 Academic Year.

After a 2 months field work period during the 2006/2007 winter, I’ve achieved the BSc with a thesis entitled “Wolves in the Monti Sibillini National Park: Snowtracking Survey” in 25th October 2007.

I’ve achieved the T.O.E.F.L. (Test Of English as Foreign Language) certification in March 2008.

Actually I’m attending to the 2nd year of the MSc in Biodiversity and Evolution of the Bologna University and, thus, I’m starting my thesis work with the MSG about coral’s selfing rate.

Very good Informatics knowledge even as user (Office Pack, Photoshop, Autocad, several OS) than as programmer (C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, PHP, ASP, mySQL)

I play flute as main instrument and guitar, clarinet, bagpipe and piano as self teached; I’m a Scout chief educator with children from 8 to 12 in the AGESCI association. I like to cook, travel, play jazz, blues, irish reels and jigs and more, depending on the day.
