I have practiced many sports at the amateur level (Trekking, Orienteering, Football, Volleyball,Self-defense, Capoeira, apnea), swimming at a competitive level (1996-2002), I attended a course Sc Swimming and Rescue achieving the third advanced level of learning with the AS Libertas Swimming Viterbo. In 2002 I participated in the Italian championships cat.es spring / r swimming rescue section with the AS Libertas Swimming Viterbo.I also played basketball at a competitive level (2002-2009) in the women's team GESCOM of Viterbo.In 2008 I participated in a workshop of entertainment in Port el Kantaui in Tunisia.I volunteered at the pool "Cavina" of Borgo Panigale (Bologna) with a group of instructors who were holding a UISP swimming lessons for people with disabilities, as well as being a very nice experience has been very educational in terms of staff.In 2011 I attended the "training of volunteer work in the context of Major pediatric hospital", produced by the association of voluntary "going to watch", which brought me into contact with difficult situations for both the children and the parents and taught me how to handle this type of situation.
