Sabrina Di Ceglie

I was born on the 3rd July in 1978 in San Severo, a small city in Puglia, not far from the sea.

On 1996 i obtained the diploma at the Scientific High School  “Checchia Rispoli” at Saint Severo, and in the same year i enrolled in the Faculty of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Tecnology, University of Bologna.

Realising that  life was always been my real interest, particularly marine life, I decided to change faculty and transfered to  Biological Sciences.

On June 2002 i obtained the Open Water Diver SSI licence, by Bologna Scuba Team.

From February 2003 i am a member of MSG, and i am very excited to follow the reserach on genetic reproduction of the Mediterranean Coral, Balanophyllia europea. My main objective is to apport a significant help also using new sperimental laboratory technics.

My extra-universitary interests are mainly involved in an artistic activity that I always loved and practiced, dancing.

I have many hobbys but my real passion is dancing!
